The Breakthrough Course with James Gerrard. Mindset training to gain greater wellbeing, awareness and performance in True Love, True Prosperity and True Success.

Each week learn a transformational concept; learn specific, practical mindfulness and awareness techniques. Identify the unseen barriers that limit us and breakthrough with this five-week course that draws on ancient wisdom to empower our thinking and evolve our mindset in order to realise our potential. This course will leave us with the spiritual intelligence that guides some of the world’s youngest trailblazers, disruptive entrepreneurs, relationship experts, business and community leaders.

  Week 1: BreakAway

Learn about how to identify and break away from your ego. Pinpoint the fears, doubts, and indecisiveness that are limiting us. Learn how we can become the masters of our mental wellbeing and unearth a reservoir of power within us, which we choose not to see. Ask yourself what do you want from life?

  Week 2: BreakIn

Break into your consciousness and use mindfulness and mindset training to develop the self-awareness to draw from our newfound inner-power and overcome any relationship, business, love, practical or emotional challenge. Unlock the mindfulness learning tools that can be used in practical challenges for the rest of our life. With an open mind identify your true goals and dreams.

  Week 3: BreaktheRules

Understand ‘Mind over Matter’, how to ‘Bend Time’ and shorten our process to manifest True Love, True Prosperity and True Success. Discover how we turn challenges into opportunities. Become the cause of our lives rather than the effect of our external environment. The rules of society limit our thinking and hinder our progress, learn how to break them.

  Week 4: BreakOut

Break out of our limited perspective, our repetitive set of behaviours, discover why we never feel quite fulfilled and instead reveal our purpose. Remove stress, eliminate anxiety, doubt and fear. Create deeper, more powerful relationships, in love, business and family. Develop mindfulness that allows us to start creating our new reality unhindered by the past or present to become unlimited.

  Week 5: BreakThrough

  • James Gerrard is an award-winning real estate developer, a London-focused philanthropist and angel investor in young entrepreneurs looking to develop businesses that make positive social impact, including 3 Forbes 30 under 30s CEOs.

     

    James co-founded Restoration London Group, a real estate development company providing ‘private-affordable’ housing for marginalised Londoners, where he has over £100m GDV under construction of both commercial and and residential new build real estate.

     

    Restoration London was named a Property Week Award Winner in 2018. James also founded Anteros Capital, a seed equity fund which has raised over £60m for London-based start-ups in real estate, tech, food and charity sectors. Some of the companies Anteros has advised or backed include: The Collective, the largest co-living company in the world; Factmata, an artificial intelligence company targeting the proliferation of fake and misleading news recently featured in Wired, Forbes and named a Finalist of Web Summit 2018; SpiceLabs, a vegan food distributor recently named Time Out’s Top 10 Street Food outlets; and Trad3r, one of the world’s fastest growing mobile app trading games, securing 2m users within its first year.

     

    In addition to his business interests, James is the founder of Action4London, one of London’s largest community-based volunteering organisations. With more than 400 active volunteers at its peak logging more than 50,000 hours each year, Action4 London distributes food and gifts to the homeless, provides elderly support, runs self-empowerment courses and develops community spaces such as playgrounds, youth shelters and gardens for the disabled.
